You're quoting an e mail that is almost a year old.GB changed it's policy earlier this year & want CASH prices posted with credit differential in the comments line.

From GB Moderator 7/20/2011 Hello wfd1433, When posting prices for stations in areas that have different prices based on method of payment, we ask users to post the price before the cash discount when possible. You can still provide the cash discount information, but please enter that information in the Comments field. However, if the station does not accept credit cards and ONLY has a cash price - or the cash price is the ONLY price listed on the sign - please post that price but make sure you add a note stating "cash only" or "credit cards not accepted", in the Comments field. Information entered in the Comments field will be shown on the station details page, below the prices. Let me know if you have any further questions or problems. Regards, CC GasBuddy.com

As per Gas Buddy policy-

The only time you should post the cash price as the primary price is if the station does not accept any plastic at all. Since we're seemingly moving to a cashless society, we ask that you post the credit or non-discounted/non-cash price as primary. Feel free to list the discounted price or cash price... but as a comment, as you're allowed.
